Each cushion comes with carrying handle, and a tailbone section that can be removed to relieve pressure on the coccyx. Even slight pressure on the coccyx during longer periods of sitting or meditating can cause back and neck pains. (Our coccyx / tailbone removable section, designed by posture experts, is the exact size to provide maximum relief – it should be no more than about an inch across to provide the correct support).
