This is a set of one Regular Lift Kapok Cosmic Cushion and one Zabuton meditation cushion covered with durable cotton twill fabric. The Cosmic Cushion is filled with Kapok (cotton-like fiber). Kapok feels soft to the touch and has a somewhat spongy feel. The cushion has a compression opening that allows air to escape. Removing any of the kapok fibers is not recommended. The Regular Lift Cosmic Cushion is also available with Buckwheat Hull fill elsewhere on Amazon. The Regular Lift is suitable for most people. It accommodates anyone 5-1/2 feet tall and taller. The linen-covered insert of the Zabuton is filled with 3 inches of cotton batting that is tufted in five places to prevent movement and bunching up of the batting.
