NO.3 Installation method:
1.In the ceiling to install the hook, fixed plate or can load the steel pipe, the distance of two hooks are better for 40 centimeters to 60 centimeters apart, installation hooks need to punch holes in the ceiling,the ceiling which has been renovated is not suitable for installation.(NOTE:the yoga hammock must be mounted on an object that can withstand weight)
