These 28 Inch long by 10 Inch high (diameter) round yoga bolsters are stuffed with cotton batting, and come in wide range of colors. Please note that the measurements are from one seam to another. Note: Also note that these bolsters are NOT filled with foam and because of the fluffy nature of cotton the actual measurements are slightly bigger. This bolster is higher than 10″ near the center. 10″ is the diameter from seam to seam. Cotton will settle over time.
